I had high hopes for this resort, especially given its beautiful beach location. While my room had a gorgeous view, the overall experience was marred by staff who seemed disengaged and unwelcoming. The dining options were limited and the Wi-Fi was frustratingly only available in the lobby. I appreciated the well-kept grounds and the incredible excursion I took, but many aspects need improvement for an ideal holiday experience.
